Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pitted sweet cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a blender, process the cottage cheese, yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Add the cherries and blend in short pulses until the cherries are finely chopped but not pureed.
