Carrots In Onion Sauce
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked, Drained)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Pet)|
Cook onion in hot oil over medium heat until limp.
Stir in carrots, evaporate milk, salt, and pepper.
Cook over low heat stirring gently until sauce coats the carrots and is slightly thickened.
