Sauce A L Orange

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Butter/Margarine /drippings 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Blend in remaining ingredients; stir until smooth.
Heat.
1 1/2 cups sauce.
Especially good with roast duck.
