Chili Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 28 Ounce
  Apple 1 Medium
  Onion 1 Medium
  Green pepper 1 Small
  Wine vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), replacing
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground clove 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mash tomatoes; pour into kettle.
Grind together apple, onion, green pepper, and vinegar.
Add to kettle; cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add sugar replacement and seasonings.
Return to heat; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
