Savory Lemon Sauce

  Eggs 2
  Egg yolks 2
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped parsley/Chives/ dill, / 2-3 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Put the eggs, egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper, in a small heavy pan.
Whisk, off the heat, until well blended.
Add milk and place on low heat.
Whisk constantly until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
When thick, remove from heat and add desired herb or capers.
Check seasoning.
