Ingredients
  Non fat plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
  Rum extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Allow the yogurt to defrost.
Whisk in the rum extract until it's well blended and smooth.
Store in the refrigerator.
