Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce
|Roasted bell peppers||6 (Red, Orange Or Yellow)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Water/Chicken stock||1 Cup (16 tbs) (From Cooked Pasta)|
1. Place roasted peppers, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Puree.
2. Add water from cooked pasta or stock to pepper puree and mix thoroughly.
