Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  Roasted bell peppers 6 (Red, Orange Or Yellow)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water/Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs) (From Cooked Pasta)
Directions

1. Place roasted peppers, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Puree.
2. Add water from cooked pasta or stock to pepper puree and mix thoroughly.
