Bittersweet Sauce

Ingredients
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 3 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Non fat milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Concentrated acesulfame k 75 Gram (Three 25 Gram Packet)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the cocoa and flour in the top of a double boiler.
Add the milk slowly, stirring until the mixture is free of lumps.
Cook over boiling water stirring until the mixture is thick and smooth.
Remove from the heat and stir in the margarine or butter.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
Add the acesulfame-K and vanilla extract.
Stir.
