Capellini With Tomatoes And Basil Sauce

Ingredients
  Angel hair pasta/Capellini / spaghettini 1 Pound
  Chopped tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound (Preferably Roma)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped basil leaves/1 teaspoon dry basil 6
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Combine in bowl.
Heat in large saucepan.
Add above tomato mixture and heat thoroughly.
Add pasta and toss until mixture is hot and well-combined.
