  Beef cubed steaks 1 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon

1. If steaks are large, cut them into serving-sized pieces. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in 2 tablespoons hot butter or margarine (1/4 stick), cook half of steaks at a time until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove steaks to platter; keep warm.
2. In drippings remaining in skillet, over medium heat melt 2 tablespoons butter (1/4 stick); add onion; cook until tender. Stir in water, capers, and mustard; cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and boils; pour over steaks.
