Chocolate Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Carob powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated fructose 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange liqueur 2 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine carob powder, fructose, and cornstarch in a heavy or nonstick saucepan.
Slowly add skim milk and blend well.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is thick and smooth.
Remove from heat, and stir in the orange-flavored liqueur and orange peel.
Cover and cool before serving.
