Bow Tie Pasta With Creamy Tomato Sauce
|Bow tie pasta/Farfalle / any wide, flat noodle||1⁄2 Pound|
|Medium spicy sausage||4 Ounce|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheeses||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Peel skin off sausages and slice.
Cook in large skillet, crumbling with a fork, until brown.
Add to above sausage and cook until a boil is reached.
