Custard Sauce

Ingredients
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg yolks 4
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liqueur 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Scald the cream.
Beat egg yolks with sugar until thick.
Add hot cream slowly, stirring.
Cook until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
Flavor as desired.
