Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Dry red table wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute onion in butter until lightly browned.
Stir in flour, cook another minute, then add wine, garlic, and tomato puree.
Simmer 15 minutes and serve hot.
