Brandy Sauce

Ingredients
  Cool water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar/6 env. aspartame sweetener 2 Teaspoon
  Brandy extract 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch in the cool water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and boil gently for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, and cool slighdy.
Stir in sweetener and the brandy extract.
If desired, tint a light shade of brown with food coloring.
This is a good sauce to use on top of the Cinnamon Apple Cheesecake.
