|Cool water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar/6 env. aspartame sweetener||2 Teaspoon|
|Brandy extract||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch in the cool water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and boil gently for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, and cool slighdy.
Stir in sweetener and the brandy extract.
If desired, tint a light shade of brown with food coloring.
This is a good sauce to use on top of the Cinnamon Apple Cheesecake.
