Oysters On The Half Shell With Green Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients
  Peppercorns 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oysters on the half shell 16
Directions

1. In small bowl, with spoon slightly crush peppercorns. Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, and paprika until mixed.
2. Line one or two large chilled platters with crushed ice. Arrange oysters on the half shell on ice. Spoon some sauce on each oyster.
