Brussels Sprouts In Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 2 Pound
  Plain low-fat yogurt 8 Ounce (DANONE Brand)
  Cream of wheat cereal 2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Trim any wilted leaves or woody stem sections from the Brussels sprouts.
Put brussels sprouts in a steamer over boiling water and cook until just tender (be careful not to overcook).
Combine yogurt and cereal in a small saucepan.
Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens.
Pour sauce over hot Brussels sprouts.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
