Homemade Horseradish Sauce
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (undrained)|
|Balsamic vinegar/Red wine||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Beat cream until soft peaks form.
Do not overheat.
Combine horseradish, vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt in medium bowl.
Fold whipped cream into horseradish mixture.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Sauce may be made up to 8 hours before serving.
