Orange Maple Sauce
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||1 Tablespoon|
Place 1/2 cup of the orange juice in a small saucepan with the maple syrup and set over low heat.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining orange juice, then add to the saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
