|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finley sliced|
|Honey||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)|
– In a saucepan, melt the 4 tsp (20 ml) butter, add flour and stir well. Pour fish stock into mixture in thin trickles, stirring constantly. Stir in pureed tomatoes, garlic and honey, and simmer for 10 minutes.
– When ready to serve, drop knobs of butter into mixture.
