Chocolate Honey Sauce
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt chocolate in one - quart sauce pan over medium heat.
Add butter .and blend.
Then add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add water gradually stirring constantly until well blended.
Boil gently until smooth and thickened (about 3 minutes).
While sauce is boiling add honey or corn syrup and stir slowly.
Add salt and vanilla.
