Chocolate Honey Sauce

Chocolate Sauce is the most frequently made recipe in mom's kitchen. Those fluffy baked caked would have been so dull and boring without the flowing melted chocolate over it. Be it an anniversary, birthday, Christmas or even a random party, Chocolate Sauce goes well with all. The simmered butter and that amazing vanilla fragrance makes the Chocolate Sauce even yummier!!
  Chocolate 2 Ounce
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Melt chocolate in one - quart sauce pan over medium heat.
Add butter .and blend.
Then add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add water gradually stirring constantly until well blended.
Boil gently until smooth and thickened (about 3 minutes).
While sauce is boiling add honey or corn syrup and stir slowly.
Add salt and vanilla.
