Caramel Sauce

This Caramel Sauce tastes very good. Try this sweet dessert dip with date cakes or in any other way you like. Your suggestions for this Caramel Sauce are welcome.
Ingredients
  Brown sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs) (750 ml)
  Corn syrup 250 Milliliter (1 cup)
  Butter 60 Milliliter, softened (1/4 cup)
  Condensed milk 142 Milliliter (5 oz)
Directions

–  In a saucepan combine the first 3 ingredients and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add milk and beat with mixer until smooth.
