Tomato Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned crushed tomatoes 28 Ounce, with puree (1 Can)
  Canned diced peeled tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Dried basil 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. In a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker, mix together the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes with their liquid, tomato paste, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, pepper, and mushrooms.
2. Cover and cook on the low heat setting 6 1/2 to 7 hours. Mix in the sugar and season with salt to taste.
