Beets In Orange Sauce's picture
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar/Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned diced beets 8 Ounce, drained (1 Cup Or 1 Can)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash

Melt butter.
Mix sugar and cornstarch; blend into butter.
Stir in orange juice and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add salt, pepper, and beets.
Cook until beets are heated through.
Sprinkle with grated orange rind, if desired.
