This Chocolate Sauce is simply irresistible. Pour this rich creamy chocolate dip over cakes, ice cream, puddings or any other dessert and let me know if you liked it. Your suggestions for this chocolate sauce are welcome.
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 ml)|
|Cocoa||2 Tablespoon (30 ml)|
|Vanilla extract||5 Milliliter (1 teaspoon)|
|Boiling water||250 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Butter||60 Milliliter (1/4 cup)|
|35% cream||60 Milliliter|
– In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, vanilla extract, and water. Boil 5 minutes.
– Remove from heat and add butter and cream. Stir until sauce cools.
