This Mustard Sauce tastes amazing. Try this creamy mustard sauce with herbs and pepper for your next meal. Try this with sandwiches. Your suggestions for this Mustard Sauce are welcome.
|Butter||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Flour||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chicken stock||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Old fashioned mustard||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|35% cream||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
– In a saucepan, melt butter, add Hour and stir well. Pour stock in thin trickles, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper and parsley, and simmer for 10 minutes.
– Stir in mustard and cream and cook for 5 minutes without boiling.
