Ingredients
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Flour 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chicken stock 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Old fashioned mustard 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  35% cream 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a saucepan, melt butter, add Hour and stir well. Pour stock in thin trickles, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper and parsley, and simmer for 10 minutes.
–  Stir in mustard and cream and cook for 5 minutes without boiling.
