Sauce Remoulade is a wonderful sauce that can convert any dish into an irresistable preparation. Here is an original Sauce Remoulade recipe!
Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced dill pickle 3 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped capers 1 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh tarragon/1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Anchovy fillet 1 , minced
Directions

In small bowl, mix all ingredients.
