Honey Caramel Sauce
|Honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine honey, milk and butter in medium saucepan; mix well.
Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes longer or until mixture thickens and becomes caramel colored.
Pour into sterilized gift jars.
