Tagliatelle With Creamy Sauce
|Tagliatelle pasta||8 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Mascarpone cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|Finely chopped prosciutto||2 Ounce|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
Layer 1/2 of the tagliatelle in buttered 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Spoon 1/2 of the Mascarpone onto tagliatelle.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of the peas and 1/2 of the prosciutto.
Top with 1/2 of the mozzarella.
Dot with butter.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes or until heated through.
