This Rum Sauce is an addiction. Try Chocolate Souffles or Apple Cake with rum sauce and let me know if you like it. Your suggestions for this Rum Sauce are welcome.
|Butter||125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 ml)|
|35% cream||125 Milliliter|
|Vanilla extract||5 Milliliter (1 teaspoon)|
|Rum||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)|
– In a saucepan, over low heat, simmer butter, sugar, and cream 8 to 12 minutes.
– Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract and rum.
