Beef Ribs With Honey Sauce
|Oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Beef ribs||2 Pound, cross cut (900 Gram)|
|Water||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Onions||2 , finely sliced|
|Honey||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Soy sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Sweet and sour sauce||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Water||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Chili sauce||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
– In a pressure-cooker, heat oil and cook beef ribs several at a time for a few minutes.
– In a skillet, saute the onions gently, then add them to beef ribs and season with salt and pepper.
– Pour water over beef rib mixture, seal pressure-cooker cover, set pressure regulator and cook for 25 minutes. Turn off heat and let pressure reduce.
– In a bowl, combine honey sauce ingredients, pour over beef ribs and let mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
