Vanilla Sauce

This Vanilla Sauce is simply irresistible. Try Carrot Pudding or baked yeast buns with vanilla sauce and let me know if you like it. Your suggestions for this vanilla sauce are welcome.
Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg yolks 6
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

–  In a saucepan, boil milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
–  In a bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar. Keep stirring while pouring boiling milk into mixture.
–  Return mixture to stove. Cook, stirring constantly until creamy.
–  Remove from heat and cool.
