Cubed Pork In Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  White wine 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  15% cream 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Red onion 1⁄2 , cut into pieces
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a skillet, heat oil, melt butter and saute pork. Remove meat from skillet and keep warm.
–  Deglaze skillet with white wine and reduce liquid by half. Add cream and red onion pieces, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly.
–  Place pork in a serving dish; pour the cream sauce over it and sprinkle with parsley.
