Pork Chops With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork chops 8 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Potatoes 4 , thinly sliced
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 Ounce (284 Milliliter)
  Butter 8
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  Season each pork chop with salt and pepper.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and sear pork chops.
–  Place in oven-proof dish, add potatoes and cream of mushroom soup, and place knobs of butter over mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes
