Cold Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 4
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange liqueur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

Combine egg yolks, sugar and orange liqueur in top of double boiler and heat over hot, not boiling, water.
Continue cooking, beating with whisk, until sauce is thick.
Place double boiler top in pan of cracked ice and beat until sauce is cold.
Fold in whipped cream.
