Apricot Lemon And Brandy Sauce

Ingredients
  Apricot preserves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Apricot brandy 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine preserves, lemon juice, sugar and peel in small saucepan and cook until preserves have melted and sugar is dissolved.
Add apricot brandy.
Strain through sieve, then chill until just before serving.
