Spicy Jerk Barbecue Sauce is ideal for any dish from fish, chicken to tofu. Spicy Jerk Barbecue Sauce is easy to make and tasty to eat. Prepare it whenever you want!
  Orange juice 6 Ounce (180 Milliliter)
  Dried apricots/Mangoes 2 Ounce (60 Grams)
  Caribbean oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Molasses/Sherry 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Raisins 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  White onion 1⁄2 Medium, diced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Anise seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
The sauce should be fairly thick and spreadable with a brush.
Taste for salt and thin with water or orange juice, if necessary.
Use sauce on your favorite grilled fish, chicken or tofu.
