It is known that White Sauce is one among the mother sauces when it comes to French cuisine. White Sauce is really good stuff. Quick and easy to make!
|Margarine||2 Tablespoon (30 ml)|
|Flour||3 Tablespoon (45 ml)|
|Westsoy||240 Milliliter (unsweetened)|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 ml)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
Melt margarine; add flour and blend.
Add soy milk slowly, stirring to blend.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Add salt and cayenne.
