Haddock With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Haddock 2 Pound, filleted
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Carrot 1
  Parsley sprigs 2 (Few Sprigs Required)
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 8 , crushed
  Bay leaf 1
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced
  Mustard sauce/Curry sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Recipe)
Directions

Rub the haddock fillets on both sides with salt and lemon juice.
Place the water, vinegar, onion, carrot, parsley, thyme, peppercorns and bay leaf in a large saucepan and simmer 30 minutes.
Add the fish and poach over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Remove the fish and keep warm.
