Tofu Peanut Sauce
Having a difficult time trying to eat rice or pasta or tempeh? Try this Tofu Peanut Sauce. Tofu Peanut Sauce is great along with rice, pasta, broiled tempeh or steamed veggies.
|Firm tofu||16 Ounce, drained (480 Gram)|
|Peanut butter/Crushed peanuts||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoons)|
|Garlic clove||1 Large|
|Ginger||15 Milliliter (15 Milliliter)|
|Lemon juice/Lime juice||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Soy sauce||3 Milliliter (1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Red chili flakes||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Mint leaves||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Coconut milk||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Cilantro leaves||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
Toss with pasta, steamed veggies or rice.
It is also a great spread for broiled tempeh.
