Tofu Peanut Sauce

Having a difficult time trying to eat rice or pasta or tempeh? Try this Tofu Peanut Sauce. Tofu Peanut Sauce is great along with rice, pasta, broiled tempeh or steamed veggies.
Ingredients
  Firm tofu 16 Ounce, drained (480 Gram)
  Peanut butter/Crushed peanuts 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoons)
  Garlic clove 1 Large
  Ginger 15 Milliliter (15 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Soy sauce 3 Milliliter (1/2 Tablespoon)
  Red chili flakes 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Mint leaves 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Coconut milk 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Scallions 2
  Cilantro leaves 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
Directions

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
Toss with pasta, steamed veggies or rice.
It is also a great spread for broiled tempeh.
