|Ajinomoto||1 Pinch (Ve Tsin)|
|Malt vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato ketchup||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||3 Teaspoon (1 Dessertspoon)|
|Chinese pickles||2 Tablespoon|
Bring the first eight ingredients to the boil.
Stir in the cornflour, blended with the dessertspoon water and boil for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the pickles and heat through.
