Sweet Sour Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Ajinomoto 1 Pinch (Ve Tsin)
  Malt vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato ketchup 1 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Teaspoon (1 Dessertspoon)
  Chinese pickles 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Bring the first eight ingredients to the boil.
Stir in the cornflour, blended with the dessertspoon water and boil for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the pickles and heat through.
