  Hard boiled eggs 4
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Beef broth 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Halve the eggs lengthwise and arrange on a warm serving dish.
Heat the butter, stir in the flour and cook 2 minutes.
Gradually add the broth, stirring constantly.
