Chicken N Mushroom Sauce
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Toast slices||3 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Diced cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Combine condensed mushroom soup and cheese in a 1-quart glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2 minutes at High, or until cheese is melted.
2. Put pieces of toast (reserve 6 pieces for top) in bottom of an 8-inch round glass cake dish.
3. Put chicken on toast and pour sauce over all. Garnish with remaining toast pieces. Heat uncovered in microwave oven to serving temperature (8 1/2 to 9 1/2 minutes at Medium-High).
