Caper Sauce is a very easy to prepare delicious side dish recipe. Enjoy this amazingly delicious mouth watering Caper Sauce; I am sure you would love to share your experience with me.
  Margarine 2 Ounce
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (From The Capers)
  Flour 2 Ounce
  Liquid 1 Pint
  Chopped capers 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

For the liquid use vegetable stock, fish stock, or the liquid from boiling fish or meat.
Make according to the Roux Method, adding the capers and the vinegar when the sauce is cooked.
