|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Oranges||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), peeled, pith removed, sectioned|
In a bowl, dissolve corn starch in 1/3 cup (80 mL) orange juice.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil remaining orange juice and sugar.
Off heat, whisk in diluted cornstarch.
Bring back to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Let cool slightly.
