Tomato Meat Sauce

  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Yellow onions 2 Large, finely chopped
  Lean ground beef 8 Ounce
  Canned low sodium crushed tomatoes 56 Ounce (Two 28 Ounce Cans)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 1/4 Cups)
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried basil 1 Tablespoon, crumbled
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Reduced-sodium beef broth granules 8 Gram (Two 4 Gram Packages)
  Chopped mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 1/4 Cup)

1 In a large saucepan over moderately low heat, combine the garlic, onions, and beef, breaking up the beef with a spoon.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and beef broth granules.
Bringto a simmer and cook, partiallycovered,for30 minutesoruntilthickened.
