Microwaved Custard Sauce
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In medium glass bowl, combine milk, sugar and flour.
Cook at MEDIUM 4 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened; stir twice.
With wire whip, quickly stir in egg yolks.
Cook at MEDIUM-LOW 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir twice.
Stir in vanilla.
Chill slightly before serving.
