Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend Oil, flour, mustard and salt in small saucepan.
Cook over medium-high heat 1 minute.
Stir in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and bubbles.
