Lemony Sour Cream Sauce
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
1. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High). Add flour and blend to a smooth paste. Add sour cream gradually, stirring constantly.
2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at High, or until thickened; stir vigorously after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds. Stir in lemon juice and salt.
