Easy Custard Sauce

|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
In a double boiler, bring milk to a boil.
In a mixer bowl, at high speed, whip remaining ingredients until thick and creamy.
Fold into milk.
While stirring, cook until sauce thickens.
Pass hot sauce through a sieve.
